Default Gsr B18c Swap.....

Hey everyone.... When the weather gets a little bit warmer, i am going to do an engine swap with my d16y8 for a GSR B18c. Any ideas, thoughts, comments, on if its a good idea or not? Also, i have currently a automatic transmission, Is it possible to convert it to 5 speed manual?

you'll need to add a clutch pedal, take out the brake pedal and put in a smaller manual brake pedal

Not really. All Honda's are predrilled for the clutch pedals and they already have the right mounting hardware.

I did an auto to manual conversion on my buddy's 1990 CRX in a day

Nice, Im really thinking about doing it. When its done it will give me the starting horsepower that im looking for. Then i can just build it up from there. About how long do you guys think this whole conversion would take?
Are there any other mods, besides those, that i would have to do?

you need a clutch master and slave cylinder, clutch lines, shift linkage, shift, lever, pedal assembly for a manual, of corse the complete transmission, and you need to rig your auto harness, in order to convert your auto to a manual.
