I got 92 HB D16Z6 engine build with low comp pistons and high temp berings I installed turbo on it, car start up good I got my 3k miles on befor I could step on it but when I did with a 7 psi boost it threw check engine light on and runs like crap, but when I shut off the engine then start it up agian check engine was gona then when it boost at 7 psi check engine light comes on, I havent installed mu FMU cause I got no wire diagram

Do you have a MAP bypass? As soon as the MAP saw boost, it threw a CEL and went into limp mode.

wait....your boosting 7psi with NO fuel managment? Your ecu is throwing a code because it doesnt like boost. You should NOT boost AT ALL untill youve got some form of fuel managment and that FMU is a really half assed potentialy damaging way of going about it
EDIT: just noticed you had the 350cc injectors, still should get some managment on that thing. Look into uberdata

 

if your built why dont you get hondata, uberdata, or crome and some bigger injectors so you can run 15psi insted of 7, the factory stuff could of managed 7 properlly tuned. also you might want to look into a missing link and 3bar map sensor, if you going to run more that 7 psi and fuel pump.

 

You don't need a 3 bar map sensor unless you plan on boosting more than the stock MAP sensor can handle, which is around 11.8 psi.
