He actually circled the part on there, it took me a second to notice. Aparently its the rubber hood seal.

i was thinking more in the line of support beam or sumthin
because mine is bent to hell and i need a new one

www.majestichonda.com says it's a rubber hood seal, I dunno haha. Then the #8 part is a clip to hold it on. I thought it was the support that goes across and has the clips for the front bumper myself.

Is the thing (circled in red) the same as no. 14 on the diagram. Im pretty sure it is but i want to make sure before i buy it

they call it the bulk head if it s not that then where can i find one?

That looks like the rubber seal that goes along the edge of the hood to keep water and dirt out.
