Depends on what you mean by loud, it's loud, but not to the point where you and everyone around you is annoyed, and it's deep and throaty, it doesn't have that annoying sputter buzz.

The thing is it matters what kind of engine have. If u have headers all that stuff. I had a Evo 2 on my prelude (f22a) and it was sort of deep and not loud at all. I have one know on my h22 civic hatch sounds so raspy it drives me insane. It's got to go.

 

There is no such thing as a straight exhaust on a Honda that doesn't sound like a fart can. If you want something deep and not raspy you need resonators. A cat helps too. I had an Evo on my Integra and it was a little more raspy than I wanted.
