So im gonna put a short shifter in my civic, looking at ebay i noticed there are two different types. one with a bent shifter : page, and one with a stright shifter :page
im just wondeering what the difference is and which is better. i want to do this project next weekend, so i should bid on it no later than monday. thanks

 

I highly do not recommend eBay short shifters. Most of these will vibrate and/or break or snap.

 

I was looking at them to seeing as how I'm gonna buy the hasport shiftlinkage because the linkage they sent me with the swap was kinda fucked up. I was just going to get a B&M.

definetly dont get and ebay one, they'll break and they sit really high. unless you like having a school bus shifter. haha. I have a B&M double bend and i love it, its amazing.

wow ebay shifters, $12 dollars shipped, it may seem cheap, but its not cheap enough, they're worth about $3. two of my friends broke theres, so i decided to go B&M. they're about $45-$65, but are well worth it in the long run.
