Default Possible Alternator Issues?

Alright, so my car is thrwing a coe a tthe moment, something along the lines of "slow circuit respons, primary o2 sensor" but ive got that mor or less under control and Im prepared to fix it... My problem is that, at around idle, my lights will dim, more or less unnoticibly, but they will pulse a few times, and its kind of freaking me out. Please help, I have a 98 Civic EX with 107,000 miles.

Could be the alternator, or a bad connection, or bad battery, or fuse.

Do your lights get brighter as you rev the engine?

I was thinking that myself, that they might get brighter as I rev, but I dont really think thats the case, it seems more like they just stay bright, rather than dim when its at idle.
