Default Low Idle porblemo!!!

once again,a low idle problem!my car seems to idle around 3-400rpms lower(goes down near 0 when car is warmed up and idleing) then what it should!!also,a local tuner told me that my o2 sensors are out of spec and that my Cat is clogged!i was also throwing a CEL code 45(failure to fuel system due to being too lean or too rich)i believe that the o2 sensors are all that controls the fuel mixture and could be affecting the rpm's!anybody know if replacing o2 sensors and high flow CAT could fix this problem??if not any ideas(i also am running a greddy kit with everything installed correctly;professionally)i have an 00 Civic ex

maybe i'm going crazy but u just had an entire thread about this & now u'r posting it again.. use the old thread & continue the story, that way everyone stays on track. & i believe that everything that u just asked was already answered in your previous thread!
