just currious can you swap heads i have a 93 hatch w/ 1.5 no vtech will a d15b head swap out easy???

 

my friend did it a few months ago, the car runs but i guess the compression was really low

 

head swap to a vtec head would be cool, but why not spend a extra 300 and get you a great b18b or b18a motor(integra ls) and get some mad speed/power/torque out of that beast.. my two cents..

 

He could only do a d head swap, there like 350$ for the whole motor from a yard, a b swap is like 2500$.

well i work at autozone so i was gonna get a remanned head with my discount and use that instead so.. a d15b will fit all around? dont i also have to get a vtech controller? and how easy is that to set up? and what intake would be good for that head i want some thing stock like from another car but mor air???
