need help 96 honda civic 1.6 v-tec
 

hey recently my timing belt crapped and i replaced it but im having other problems. timing is dead on but its cranking really hard. i did short the starter terminal out on accident but not sure if thats the problem. eventually died like battery was dead replaced starter and battery. when i open my door my interior light is lighting up fine but when i turn the ignition switch on it dims like something is draining the battery. at this point starter just clicks. getting proper voltage from battery. Maybe main relay assy,? also when ignition switch is turned to on position interior light pulsates slightly.
