Default Disabling ABS on 2000 Civic

I dont know if this has been covered, but i need to disable the ABS on my 2000 Civic, it keeps kicking in for no apparent reason and i dont feel like paying to replace it yet... where can i find the computer?

You can do it by pulling the fuse to the abs motor - this will cause your CEL to come on. And if you need to do emisssions you will need to plug this back in at least 500 miles before you go to get it done again.

its coming on because ur probably low on brake fluid or like my experience I hit a bump hard enough and it will come on out of no where. Once I turn the car off / on it resets itself and its fine.

so are you saying the ABS light keeps going on? ...or the brakes keep locking up?

the brakes just keep locking up, especially when i brake while hitting a bump... the light works fine, comes on for a few seconds at start up...
