Paddle Shifting, Ferrari Style
This is a really dumb question but I am very curious. Can you make a Civic or Integra, etc... Paddle Shifting like Ferrari's? I am not asking why would I, I am asking if you could...
With money you can do anything.
Quaife (I think) makes sequential shifters for any car. Only costs $15,000 for one.

It's widely used in WRC and other motorsports.
Instead of the gears being helixcal cut they are straight cut, allowing the transmission to be shifted at a specific RPM instead of having the clutch being disengaged.
Saves tenths of a second kind of thing -- also it makes a real cool whining sound
