Default 1997 Civic Back Seat Panel Rattles

Okay, i dont really know the name of this particular piece, but its the panel that is behind the back seat of my 1997 Honda Civic EX Coupe. The plastic piece that hides the back speakers, well anyways, this piece tends to rattle when i have the speakers playing loud. Is there any way to fix this that doesnt envolve a ghetto rig of some sort (like stuffing towels inbetween that piece and the rear window) ??

Dynamat Xtreme. I have it in my car. Just make sure that you leave space for the plastic pins on the plastic to get back in. Just stick that stuff to the metal under the back dash panel. Also, make sure your speakers are tightened down good.

take the shit off, live with it or do the ghetto sock thing... don't do anything that will perminantly add weight.

the sock thing will work, or you could just get a couple of sheets of foam and put it in there...that would work as well.
