99 civic trouble code

I looked at the trouble codes and the years go up to 98. I have a trouble code of 8 on my 99 civic. Is it going to be the same as the 98 model code?

I believe it is the TDC sensor. Is this correct for a 99?

top dead center sensor. I don't know what could go wrong with that other than it's a fualty sensor. sweet crawler man.
