It's all clear as day now! (VTEC wires)
Ok, well as some of you know, I was a rediculous pain in the ass about the vtec wires because I couldn't find a tutorial with pics. Well I found this somewhere on the forums http://hondaswap.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=41608 . I have the blue/black ran, the green yellow ran, and the black grounded. Is there any other wires I need to run?
heh i think i posted that link somewhere around here, have you tried to turn her over yet....
Nah, not yet. I think my stablizer bar is messed up, it doesn't mount flush, so I have to pull on it to fit on the mount, then it pulls my whole shifter up forward. Then I need to bleed my clutch cuz the damn thing is stuck to the ground. But is that for the wires?
So.. That's it fore wires? Ground, blue/black, green yellow?
start it up and find out....:oh:
start the damn car & make sure it runs then shut it back off!
LOL idk how u wait this long.. i was way to anxious to find out if mine was going to run or not.. i started mine before i had ANYthing hooked up! lol ... then i spent the next two weeks hookin everything up so it was drivable! |
I waited because I got sick of the damn thing. But yea, I got everything back together. I just gotta hook up the battery. It's just that every tutorial i see says "you don't want to ruin you're motor now that it's in!" Woops and forgot my damn shift linkage.
