Default Turbo Vs Swap Cost

Hey guys
I was looking at the Edelbrock turbo kit and it looks like pretty solid kit. It was around 3400 bucks. But I was wondering what kind of cost I would be looking at putting a B series into my 99 EX. I would like NA but I have no equipment or experience with any major repairs. I would want to keep AC and power steering also.
Thanks

depends on the swap you want, a GSR swap will cost close to 4k. Really there is alot of variables to be considered when choosing between the too. BUT this topic has been talked to death as a matter of fact there was a thread not to different from this last week. SO try the search butten.

ill be living proof of that i suppose.

paid 2300 for a ls motor from hmotors.
lil over a grand for my scrapped together turbo kit.
Turbo: 150
Drag Manifold: 225
Charge Piping: 50
(homemade) Downpipe: 50
Couplers:30
FMIC: 165
BOV:165
Oil Lines/Fittings/Adapter Plates:100
Walbro 190: 90
Uberdata + Chip Burner: 115
Welds etc..: 50

and to be tuned:
75 more for dyno time

total: 2300+1265 = $3600 for a tuned turbo'd LS

Im likeing the numbers i see in your list, I still need some parts to my turbo kit like a down pipe. How did you go about making that on your own? And how effective is uberdate compared to e-manage?
