Default plz help on gauge lights

ok, I brought these amber lights from autolumination.com and thought that I had all the lights, but realize I needed one more, so that is why the fuel and temp gauges are not amber.
anywho, I wanted to know how in the world do u guys make these lights spread out evenly? Just by looking at it drives me insane. Here is a picture of what I am talking about and no, these are not LED lights, they are just regular bulbs.
Plz help a bro out. thaxs

no, my overhead lights for the cluster are fine.
Should I go with LEDS or stick with the regular bulbs I have and play around with it until it looks right?
If I purchase some leds, will the light distribute evenly throughout the cluster?
