92' Civic DX - can I use Silverstars? (HID look bulbs)
My sister just got a used 92 Civic DX. She has bad eyesight at night (medical condition) and needs to have very bright lights. HID is not an option, but I hear that the Sylvannia Silverstars are very bright. Does anyone know if they will fit in the Civic 92'? Thanks.
Silverstars are nice, I have them in my 94 EX, I am sure they sell them for the 92, its the same style of headlight. Like oldskoolcivic said, get some driving lights, that will be beter and cheaper in the long run.
I bought some last night for the EP, and I'm kinda disappointed with the color, but the light output makes up for it. the cut-off line is much more defined, and the amount of light is much improved over the best buy specials I had given to me to try. I just hope they last.

do they really improve the cut-off?
didnt know that, i thought the cut off usually had something to do with the headlight itself.
