taking off the front grill

Default taking off the front grill

I tried taking off the front grill on my 97 hatch, i got the two pins at the top off but cant find out what else i need to detach it from the car.. im asking how can i fully detach it and can i do it without taking off the bumper???

no kidding pluse they are all pop out screws..so pop them out .. i did it before its not brain sugery

in fact i think to get to the rest of the screws u have to take the bumper off.. owell thatll add a whole 5 mins to total removal time..

You'll need to take off your front bumper. There are screws on the bottom, behind the grill.

You can do it w/o taking off your front bumper if you have skinny arms. There are 4 phillips screws holding the grill to the bumper. Stick your arm through the bottom grill and unscrew them.

to take off the grille remove 5 or so clip-screws from the top black part of the grille. put a flat head under it and wiggle til it pops up a tad then putt it out.
