ok im looking at some new suspension stuff....
im looking at the type basic coilovers. or the super street damper... the key differance being damper adjustability.. im just wondering if it is worth the extra coin...

I rode in an accord with the Basics, and it wasnt stiff at all. Cornerning didnt seem much better than stock, the guy whose car it was agreed with me, and said they were way to soft. I had S-techs on my old car, and they also seemed not stiff enough for my taste.

Get the SS if you go with TEIN... otherwise..the price you pay for the Basics, you can get a better setup with Koni Yellows and Ground Controls.

Just like I told you earlier and Colin just said, if you want the SS, it'd be better to go with Koni Yellows and custom rate Ground Controls.
If you're getting Tein, unless you shell out $1,000+ this would be your best bet.
Also the setup I'm planning on going with h:.

actually they are very nice for a non dampening adjustable coilover. I ran the OMNI coilovers on Laguna Seca and Infineon Raceway. they held up very very nice.

OC Civic, it seems you like your car to have an exceptionally low stance- the key here, if that is indeed the case, is to get something that has a short-case strut. The effective reason for this is when you have a car lowered severly with a standard length case strut, the suspension, with the car simply standing still, is using a good bit of its travel, imagine what happens when you go around turns and actually use the suspension? You will be riding on the bumpstops and/or inducing damage to the internals of your setup...
