Default 92=95 Civic Cluster

I was wondering if there was a way to remove the plastic casing around the cluster without breaking it? Thanks

the clear part? if thats it, i took a razor blade and ran it between the clear plastic cover and the cluster bezel, thus seperatin the glue. real easy.

Hmm..thanks another question...I have no clue why. But my other ex cluster when i installed it everything was plug and play and everything worked fine. For soem reason this one is just weird. The speedometer isnt working. The tach, temp, fuel, everything else works but this.

Just right before i put the new cluster in everything was working great. wonder whats wrong? I checked the fuses. Everything looks good.

its not that easy to remove the clear plastic face. took me almost an hour of carfully seperating to get it off. just be very careful not to go too fast or you'll either cut yourself or crack the plastic.

Got it all off in 5 minutes without cracking the plastic. As for the Speedometer. Nevermind. I fixed it. There was some gunk and stuff on the metal wires on the back. I just carefully cleaned it off. *I scraped the gunk off with my fingers :P* and now it works.

Now to get me some illuminated white gauge faces.
