Just got DYNO'd

I just came from NEDYNO in worcester mass and this is what I left with this at the wheels:

163.19 hp
125.76 tq

I had to do 21 runs on the dyno jet to finish. This is what I have for a setup let me know what you guys think.

95 civ dx coupe
b16a2 w/LSD
crower 402's w/crower springs + titanium retainers
obx adj cam gears set to I=+2, E=+6
bored out IM
unorthodox crank + alt. pullies
dc 4-1 header
obx high flo cat
obx 2.5" cat back
aem CAI
skunk2 chips
v-afc
B&M fuel press regulator W/ guage set to 37psi
clutchnet stage 2, 6 puck copper
clutch masters 7.5lb flywheel
short shift kit w/bushings
motegi 15" mr7's
brembo x drilled slotted front rotors
rev indiglo 10k rpm, 160mph faces
4 tokiko blue struts w/ hyperion coilovers

We couldn't do anything to the cam gears, because I have the UO crank pully and you can't really set the timing with that on so I have to put the stock pully back on and go back for another run, then put the UO pully on again. It took 2 hours to get the v-afc set just right to have the a/f ratio near 14.7. Give me some criticism on this. I have the slips that they emailed to me but I can't figure out how to post them, so if anybody could help with that, that would be cool.

Also the guy who tunes honda's there has a 92 teg with a rev hard stage 2 turbo setup with the hondata system and at 12lbs of boost he had it to 258hp and 210lbs trq at the wheels. He took me for a ride in it and I almost sh!t my pants. Very fast!!

That's pretty good for a B16. 21 runs!? Damn, what'd it cost you?!

Smurf Aug 7, 2002 03:30 PM

w/ all that money, should gotn a b18c

I agree, if I knew I was going to do all this sh!t to it I would have just waited until I had enough for a b18c. But Since I didn't I think that it is pretty damn fast and that it will spank 95% of cars with b18c's in em'. I've taken stangs every honda and teg, my next door neighbor with a 5.7L 350CI in a ranger on a 100hp shot and a ton of other stuff done (3 times) some dude in a 3.2 tl type S on RT295 in RI, and then when I slowed down the kid would just slow down with me and he was thinking "what the f*ck?, a civic?"
