it should turn counter-clockwise, then just pull it out.. i'm not sure how it is on the newer civics, but they're all pretty much the same. just look at it closely, you should be able to figure it out.

squeeze the connector pressure clip, pull out, then pull the black rubber boot out. unclip spring clip holdin the h4 bulb's base down, pull bulb out. install reverse of removal.
