Default Adding a tach because not having one is annoying

In my 95 CX HB there is no tach. I would like to add one into the dash. Do I just need to get a new gauge cluster with a tach and then hook up the wires or is there something else I would need to do?

If I just need to get a gauge cluster and hook up the wires, would a cluster from a EX, LX or Si fit in the CX? Could I get a cluster out of a different car if I liked the layout of the cluster better?

you would need a cluster with a tach thats all, or you can just get an aftermarket tach, i think the clusters with the tachs are just plug and play...i could be wrong though

Try checking the FS section for someone selling an EX gauge cluster. They can usually be had for about $100 and there is no extra wiring involved - it's plug-n-play.
