Mugen side skirts

I've seen the full mugen bodykit with the side skirts and the badges on the skirt.

I came across these, mugen side vents. Does anyone have pics of these on a car? I've searched but no luck yet. And I found 2 slightly different styles.. maybe replica

Do the vents serve a purpose other than to direct more air under the car to trap in the rear bumper???

i'd also like to see pics of those installed

*shrugs* I doubt it, doesn't look that aerodynamic, same with the other mugen side skirts

but these have that nice jdm look, I like :D

I looked at some other side skirts, and it appears this may be one called ZERO SIDE SKIRT??

are these even mugen? I've never seen any mugen skirts that look like that

I think the Zero side skirts go lower than the "Mugen" style skirts.

Did Mugen every actually make side skirts?

lkailburn 03-04-2004 04:45 AM

ya im pretty sure that the 'zero' skirts are knockoffs of genuine mugen skirts

VtecRacer 03-04-2004 03:19 PM

Well yea zero skirts are knockoff's, but I've never seen this style skirts produced by Mugen, Any pics of them on cars?

Mugen doesnt really do many body items. Ask a JDM expert, im curious to see if Mugen ever made sides too.

lkailburn 03-04-2004 05:23 PM

i remember seeing them someplace before, and it was genuine mugen..er so i thought.. i could be wrong?
