Default Need HELP quick SWAP QUESTION

I have a 99 Civic EX and I am about to drop an LS in. Is it true that I am going to need some mounts? Some say yes some say no. I called HAsport and they stated I needed a rear mount for thr tranny/motor and also some driver side mount. So I cant use my regular Civic mounts?
PS The motor is coming in tomorrow from ASAP motors out of Houston. Has anybody had any experience with them?

you will need different mounts from my understanding, you will also need the rear mount bracket from a 99-00 si.

I have done a bseries swap into a 2k and yes you WILL need the rear bracket and the drivers side mount from a 99-2k SI And if you want the ac you will need a del sol bracket for that

So I guess I got the right materials for the job after all. One more quick question about the wiring. Can I use the LS ODB2 wireing harness that I should be getting with the engine because a shop pretty much murdered my Civic harness when they did a crappy install of my last engine

No because integras use a 2 piece harness that connects through the firewall. you will need another civic harness.

Ok so no teg wiring harness? My civic one is still in tact somewhat its just some of the wires have been cut and altered. Is there some place I can go on the web that shows me what each wire goes too? Monicle says its a 2 piece harness for the teg engine. I thought that I would be able to just plug the teg ECU into the civic wiring harness and everything would be ok. I need for someone to help me and not just give me a website because I have been to the following websites handaswap, cspeed, and many others I got by using the search function. Basically I need someone to do me a favor and go into detail telling me how to wire this up. Its a 99 ODB2 LS engine into a 99 Civic EX car.

You can use your civic harness and just plug it up to the ls motor and then plug the ECU into your harness. The reason you can't use the integra harness is because 96+ civics have a 1 piece harness that goes from the engine to the ECU and integras have a 2 piece harness like 92-95 civics.
