thanks. i choosed this wheel not solely for looks...otherwise i would of settled for the cheaper Momo Race or Top Power. since i was getting rid of my SRS...i wanted something that would make it worth while with better grip and purpose.




will what go off?...the airbag is already off the steering column :dunno:

i have a 92...so i only have one SRS (driver)

yes...i wanted the JDM ITR SRS Momo wheel off the 97+ ITR's...but my concern was if the SRS plugs were compatible with the older SRS plugs of the EG. the high pricetag for the wheel (5-600+) was also out of my budget for a steering wheel. the EK's were compatable with the newer SRS plugs...so i didnt want to go through the trouble of being stuck with a steering wheel with an SRS that didnt work.



that has also crossed my mind...but from reading about the first generation SRS systems...they werent as good as the ones today. most of them caused burns and permanant injury b/c of the force of the first gen SRS systems.

if i had a newer civic...i would not have taken out my SRS.

i do understand that it is better than no SRS at all. i choose to put this momo wheel on.





if you can find me a cluster under 150 ....im all for it h:
