need a part number...
 

I have a 95 hatch and the part where the shock attaches to the glass is stripped out. Is there a part number for just that part or do I have to replace the whole strut assembly like my greedy parts department wants me to?

no but in my opinion it ain't cheap from the dealers either..

it's #21 on this if I'm not mistaken.......

but being as anal about my car as I am when I found mine where stripped out I bought 21,22,23 for both sides.

nah i think he means a different part...and if im right its the parts that do not have #'s, instead theyre included in the grouping of the shock

at the acura dealership where I worked, they only sold the whole assembly as one part.

i replaced just that piece.

mine busted on my hatch a while ago.

i can try to score a part # through my friend if you like.

he's lazy so a reply from him would take awhile.
