ITR springs on a civic?

Default ITR springs on a civic?

im about to buy a set of ITR springs for my 97civicEX and they will lower my car 1". do i need thew ITR shocks too, or will my stock shocks hold up. I can get the set of ITR springs and shocks for 225 shipped or the springs only for 150 shipped. what should i do?

You can't put ITR struts on there without changing out the LCAs. They're different for the ITR.

I'm not sure about the springs though. They might work, but I can't say so for sure...

The springs will work but not struts like WCS said you would also need the rear LCA's for them to fit.

I heard the ITR springs actually raise the front end when used on a civic because of the higher spring rate and lighter weight of the car :thinking: :dunno:

I'll know the interchangeability of ITR and Civic's suspesion...just give me a couple weeks.

It won't raise the front end but it won't drop it much, you might not even notice a drop.
