NGK-R spark plugs already gapped?
Do the NGK-R spark plugs already come gapped? Should i reduce the amount of gap on them? doesnt chiltons manual say somewhere around .039 - .042? I measured gap and it was like .045.. Should i reduce it or just install them at that gap? let me know
I check mine before I install them, I've always had them properly gapped right from the box?

As long as you check the gap before you install them. If it isn't gapped right, fix it. Do not run a wider gap then the factory spec with a stock ignition system.
I don't have to gap my plugs, ever.
