Exhaust too low?

My MTL looks way too low from the bumper.. it's like 2 inches below the bumper, I wanna raise it up but I don't have the proper equipment to take the axle back completely off my car, can I reach underneath and bend the hangers?

I guess you could use shorter/smaller exhuast hangers...
