H&R or Tein Springs?!

I am looking to lower my car (95 civic ex coupe). I have narrowed it down to either H&R Sport Springs or Tein S-Tech Springs. I am just looking for some feedback on either or both of these products. They are going to be mated with KYB GR2 struts for now (may switch to some adjustables later on). Basically, I am looking for the spring with the best quality, best preformance gains, and best ride comfort. Hehe the best of everything it seems. I did find the spring rates, but I don't really know what they mean?!

Stock Springs = Front 182 lbs./in. Rear 107 lbs./in.
H&R Sprot Springs = Front 275 lbs./in. Rear 220 lbs./in. (-1.8" F / -1.6" R)
Tein S-Techs = Front 212 lbs./in. Rear 140 lbs./in. (-1.8" F / -1.7" R)

Any information or reviews would be greatly appreciated. You can even make fun of me all you want because I am a newbie, lol. But! I did try searching first!
Thanks again!

Initially I was thinking of getting H&Rs but then I found some Teins for a farely good price as well. The GR2 struts talk about improving ride quailty and handling, so should I just go with the H&Rs?

I haven't been able to find any good pictures of any EG civics with H&R sport spring because I wanted to know if the back sits noticably higher than the front. The drop looks really nice on EKs but I was told they sit lower because they are heavier. Tein offers 1.8 all around and is garanteed not to sag or something. I was planning on ordering soon so any input would be really appreciated. Tein or H&R!?!?!?

(Thanks to those of you who have already voted and posted replies! :) )

have you considerd the Eibach sportlines? just a thought n they also have a "lifetime" warranty unlike the S-tech's one year. Also eibach has been around for quite a while n have a pretty good rep. plus the warranty on the kyb's is only up to a 1.5 inch drop!!
