Type R lips for EG q's

I'm seeing these type r "style" lips on ebay for EGs. I know honda never made a "Type-R" EG civic, but why don't I see many EGs with these kits?

I'm wondering if anyone knows if the white colored ABS plastic that these lips/skirts are will match my factory white paint (93 VX).
I'm asking because that would be great to be able to scrape the shit out of my front lip and not even worry. Anyone that knows/ has pictures of these things installed- Please let me know the deal. Thanx.

The color won't match exactly. As to why not a lot of people have them... I :dunno:

It seems like it would be the tightest looking lip possible for the EG. I'm suprised not everyone has this.
EK lips + EG =

that shit is creme colored...so if you don't paint it...it won't match your car color but good thing is that when u paint it and eventually scratch it...no one will even notice it

I like the lip in your sig. I would just keep that if I was you, but I'm not. Do what you want.

I think the fake type r lips for the eg look like they hang too low where the lip dips down.

Maxboost used to have the type r lip on his ferio. Search for them.

The white's will not match.

You should just paint it. It's not like the white you have is really difficult to match. Plus I'm sure that Dupli-color already has your exact white matched in spray cans.

I hopefully am going to have my stock bumpers back on before to long and I am either getting that Type-R or the Mugen. I was leary about buying those cheap lips off the net but everyone who has bought them has been real happy.

Because they're cheap and look decent!

if u take it to a painter, the ypull the paint code off of your vin no. then they just order the paint or tell you what they need. the paint wouldnt be that much seeing that is a very common color and simple to mass produce compared to say chameleon or something exotic. my friend has a black accord and he painted his front lip with model paint and it looks sweet.
