Springs/struts AGAIN!!
Have on the car right now Neuspeed sports with KYB's GR-2's. The spring rate on the neuspeeds are: 230 working rate front 130 rear. Love the ride right now, but look like i'm in the mood to build a club racer and want to do the suspension right the first time.
Want Tein flex with a 502 spring rate front and a 320 rate rear with a re-valve. Don't have $1500 on me at this time.
So these are my options.
Skunk2 coilovers: $320 (all prices ballpark)
Civic- 448 rate front 336 rear
Integra- 559 front 448 rear
Tokico Illumina Struts: $480
or
Tokico Performance coilover: $850
Civic- 425 front 320 rear
Integra- a little higher than civic
Springs matched to strut
or
GC coilover: $250
At least 480-490 front 320-350 rear
Koni Yellow Struts: $550
Some of the guys say to get higher springs in the rear for more oversteer. Don't have a problem getting the rear to slide into corners. Let me know what you guy's think. Later

I've been in two cars with GC, and the ride was SHIT. Don't know what struts they had but i think it was OEM. Steering real hard to the Integra Skunk2 with a good quality strut (tokico or koni).

The only reason i don't like the koni is it does not have set adjustments. In all of the description, listed it as 1/4 past the softes setting, 1/2, 3/4, etc. No set marks. I'm getting old and can't remember what day it is let alone what dampening effect i'm running on my struts.
