Hmmmm...Good question..lol.. Actually I started working as a Cable Modem/Home Network Field Tech a few years ago and did that job for a little over 2.5 years and this job posted internally. With some help from a friend who recently came into the IT dept with some good word, I got the position. :thumbup:
