It would most likely be the idle air control valve. My b16 in my hatch was doing that so I took it to import performance in St. George Utah and Andrew fixed it along with a few other things like tuned my cam gears and tuned up other stuff on the motor. My car seemed to run a whole heck of alot better, but it was probably all the other stuff he did.
