This one lady sells her homemade at our local flea market for like $5-6 a ziplock bag, and has like 15 dif flavors and shit. Doin that it wouldnt take much to get the inital investment of marinades, equipment and seasonings back. Seems like it could pretty lucrative if youre in the right are. That lady makes a killing every single saturday she sells. and im sure her husband or son is at some other flea market near by doin the same thing.
it's easy to make jerky but i find it hard to get a good flavor. pete's shit is good.
