Well, with a light to moderate NA buildup, you can expect your car to stay just as reliable and gas mileage friendly. You really only see reliability issues with a select few cams (Toda Bs eat rockers for breakfast) and with some aftermarket forged pistons.

Then again, I'm an NA guy at heart.
