thats what i told him, too. i said man if you lost 15 on mcdonalds, imagine what you could lose on fruit and yogurt or toast or cereal etc....
i dont eat the shit myself, i vowed to eat no more McDonalds til they start serving food with no trans fats. Wendy's FTW if i have fast food.
