i finished. and he's saying to jack it up so the frame will be evened out. there's more than enough room to drill it without the jacks anyways; unless you're drill bit is super long and you're pushing down hard and not paying attention. i had no trouble with the tire or fender underguard getting in the way so i left it on while doing it.
