GC is a sleeved coilover. The ride height is adjustable. They are ~$330 as the sleeve and spring. That would make the setup out of your price range.

Do they have GR-2's available for your model? If so, like I said before, those with a decent lowering spring will be well within your price range and offer a decent ride.
