iacv is intake air control valve. intake air tempature is totally diffrent. should be a white ( two wires coming out)plug on your intake manifold and not behind your intake manifold like the iacv would be.

the oxygen sensor would not effect idle since the o2 is in loop mode when you first start the vehicle while it is cold.
