^ in response to that... turbos come in about every shape and size you can think of.... to a massive T-66 down to a puny T-25 or T-28.... there is ball barring turbos.... there are internally gated... externally gated....

all those factors will play a role in all the questions your asking... start researching... here i'll even get you started.

that's all i could find in my history.... i don't mean to be the dick and say "search" but you know.. it was all found in about 10 minutes using "turbo" search on most of the forums... as well as knowing where the best write ups are.
