In answer to your question about, "Dude if i just want to lose weight... cant i just do cardio? or is there more to it then that?"

YES! You need to be eating correctly, and really doing aerobic excercises everyday not just 3 times a week. The most important thing is to get your heart rate up and keep it up for a minimum of 20 min. Working out will also help tone up those areas that your looking to shed some pounds in. You don't have to max out or even push yourself to fatigue when lifting weights, but some lifting would be benificial. :thumbup: Good luck.
