i think i am gonna join you guys, have not worked out in a long time. i am planning on working out 3-4 times a week(every other day) for atleast 1 hour. i am not fat, but would like to tone my abs and get bigger in my arms. what are some recommendations? should i take any supplements or should i just work out and eat good food?
