You would have to contact the President or Chairman of the DC Region to get answers.

For helmets you need a M2000 or SA2000 or better helmet. And no one size does not fit all. Some of us have big heads And it's actually best to try a helmet on before buying, but every company is a bit different. My SA helmet was a medium and fit me fine. I tried a medium motorcycle helmet on and I couldn't even fit it over the crown of my head. Had to get an XXL
