just wanted to say i enjoy reading this thread and find it a nice break from all the harsh battles fought over ridiculous comments and questions on other forums and sites. everyone here seems generally enthusiastic and working towards the same goal: to gain a knowledge of and promote their sport or interest and to help anyone out, no matter how lame their question might seem, and with no regards to the person if they are a noobie or a season veteran. i have been inspired by the good feeling i get in this forum just by reading to give autocross a try. i am very excited. i am taking what i have learned from ya'lls tips and taking the car to the track to learn it, i have been driving my car for 6yrs, it only has 90k on it ls teg with minor boltons i/h/e, wires, strut and sway bars on their way, which will be added later after having drove the car a few times on track. i would greatly appreciate any help in finding sanctioned track events near my area and clues as to what kind of handling i should expect from my teg for the 1st time, i searched and am having trouble. i live in ocala, florida it is 40miles south of gainesville and north of orlando or tampa by 65-90 miles. i was hoping not to have to drive that far, but i will. sorry for the long post, but keep up the good vibes and i look forward to joining the sport
