- Get a screw-in type compression tester
- remove all of your spark plugs
- find/remove the fuse for your fuel pump or just unplug your fuel pump connector under the seat
- screw in the tester into the cylinder you're going to test
- turn over the engine until the compression doesn't raise anymore
- take note of what the test results are
- move to the next cylinder and repeat the steps above

I don't know what the compression should be. Sorry.
