I hope you've replaced your valve springs already. Moving the rev limiter without upgrading valve springs is a great recipe for valve float, burnt valves, crashed valves, or worse. But you didn't specify why you're considering this, or anything else about your car, so I'll just go back to lurking and keep my mouth shut.
