I took creatine and worked out/jogged religiously, 2 hours, 4 days a week, for 6 months and got big FAST. It works. I used the drink shit - tasted like ass
Biceps increased by 2 inches, chest by 3, waste went from flab to 4 pack (no increase or decrease in size though)
Creatine will build you up but won't make you stronger "endurance" wise. But then again, I maxed out with short reps. It tears the muscle and builds more layers quicker.
