Depends on the size of the sticker. On average they add 25-30 hp... now a huge sticker easily adds 100-120 hp.
Even the smaller stickers, if they have an expensive company's logo then they can add even more HP than the large stickers. K&N and Flowmaster add the most though if stuck to a domestic! Must be about 300 HP combined!
